The Supreme Court: 2024-25 and a Preview of Things to Come

In its most recent term, the Supreme Court decided important cases concerning free speech, religious rights, care for transgender youth, and the Fourth Amendment, among other significant holdings. The term also saw increased use of the “shadow docket” to provide significant victories to the Trump Administration without formal briefing and argument.
Already, the Court has taken cases for the term beginning in October of 2025 that touch on vital interests, including voting rights.
Please join us for our annual Supreme Court review and preview, where we will review the past term and discuss what may be coming up in the next term.
This year, we are pleased to present both online and in person. We are also delighted to announce that for the first time, the course will provide 6 CLE hours at no cost to attendees. We hope to see you there!
