The significance of the Supreme Court’s most recent term can scarcely be overstated. It featured decisions on issues that have roiled the nation as well as decisions that demonstrated a Court willing to overturn longstanding precedent. A number of the cases will have ripple effects for years, if not generations, to come, including the overruling of Chevron and decisions concerning presidential immunity and elections. Please join us for our annual Supreme Court review and preview.
